Browse & manage items

View inventory with locations and status. Search by title, RFID, or barcode. Add items, filter by location. Staff scan items via mobile app or bridge — data syncs to the dashboard.

Run audits

Create audit sessions, scan items, and track progress. See what's on shelf, missing, or misplaced. Complete sessions and review outcomes.

Generate reports

Export inventory summaries, discrepancy reports, audit history. Download as CSV, PDF, or Excel for further analysis.

Role-based access

Administrators manage users and approve signups. Audit Managers run audits and reports. Library Staff scan and manage items. Viewers see reports only.
